The study describes some of the new effects in mass housing with the intenction of give a new outlook towards housing. The article is based on a demographic research during 2001. Furthenmore most of the ideas and conclusions relate to work of varius housing projects of Atelier Kempe Thill in the NL. The article was first published on the Spanish A+T in Autum 2002.
